This website is hosted via Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the site, Cloudflare automatically processes the following technical data, also known as server log data:
- IP address (anonymized after a short period)
- Date and time of the request
- Page or resource requested
- HTTP status code
- Referrer URL (if transmitted by your browser)
- User agent string (browser type and version, operating system)
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website, including protection against attacks.
Storage: Server log data is retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

3. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes. No cookies are stored unless required by an embedded third-party service after you actively interact with it (see section 5).
4. Web fonts
This website uses Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 4000 Kranj, Slovenia) for typography. Bunny Fonts is a GDPR-compliant font delivery service that does not log or store IP addresses or use cookies. Fonts are served from EU-based servers.

5. Embedded third-party content
YouTube
This website embeds videos from YouTube using the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). In this mode, YouTube does not set tracking cookies until you actively click play on a video. Operator: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
If you click play, YouTube may process personal data including your IP address, the page you watched the video on, and information about your browser. If you are signed in to a Google account, YouTube can also link this data to your account.

Calendly
This website offers an embedded Calendly widget for booking consultation calls. The Calendly widget is only loaded when you actively click the "Load Calendly" button.
When you load the widget, data is transmitted to Calendly Inc. (271 17th Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA), including your IP address, browser type, and any further information you provide for booking (name, email, date). If you proceed to book, you share additional personal data directly with Calendly.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent given by your active click on the load button). Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the subsequent appointment booking (pre-contractual measures).
Transfer to a third country: Calendly transfers data to the USA. The transfer is protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

This website links to external services such as Audible, YouTube channels, and other websites. When you click on such a link, you leave this site. The privacy practices of those external services are governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Contact by email
If you contact me by email, the data you provide (name, email address, message content, and any further information you choose to share) will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and any follow-up questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for inquiries related to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Storage: Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry. Tax-relevant correspondence is retained for the legally required period (typically 6 to 10 years under German tax law).
